Estando en NM, decidí autoregalarme un calendario con frases Zen. Aunque las frases están inglés, intentaré compartirlas con vosotras/os para que todas/os podamos reflexionar al respecto.

estado de enagenacion mental y fisica en la que puedes pasarte mirando a la television horas y horas, que te pregunten que estas viendo y no saber ni contestar. Mi cuerpo esta despierto yo no… ahora solo tengo que intentar aguantar unas horas mas para que llegue la noche, me duche y a intentar dormir. Con mis 8 horas de diferencia. Adios NM, hasta la proxima.
